Projects

OCEP has projects in a variety of sectors. You can be a teacher, work at an orphanage, and if you have medical training, there are several placements in hospitals. Sometimes we encounter projects that require special skills. If you have any specific experience, training or skills, make sure to mention it on the application form so we can find the placement for you that best fits your capabilities.

Please bear in mind while reading the project descriptions that circumstances can change and therefore you might encounter unexpected situations once you arrive at the project site. Consider this as just part of the Ghanaian experience.

The heading "time of the year" indicates in which period you can participate in the project. Of course, you can also choose to be at a project for just a part of the period indicated.
